Stained Glass Classes
STAINED GLASS INTENSIVE WORKSHOP

Saturday, Sunday, Feb. 18 & 19, 2012 10 AM - 5 PM
This is a class for beginners or those with some experience who would like a refresher. In the three hour Wednesday session students learn the basics of putting together a stained glass panel using the copper foil method. You’ll learn how to cut glass and how to solder it into a little practice piece. Then over the next few days you can come up with a design for a piece that you would like to make over the weekend.
I’ll give you as much help with the design as you want, both on Wednesday evening as well as on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday you will have plenty of time to build your own piece. I’ve offered this class a number of times, and can honestly say that almost every one of the students who has taken it has come away with both the skills to continue to do stained glass in the future, as well as a nice little piece to take home.
